Been toning down on the weights and doing more cardio to lean out some more...can't seem to get the scale to budge and have been sitting at 14% BF forever!!! Can u say plateau????

So sick of this chow hall food I could about puke!! Can't wait to come home and go grocery shopping and cook my own food!!!!

Need some help here guys. Does anybody recomend a pre-workout suplement and if so what is the best one. Hank, if anybody knows this I figure it would be you. I will list the ones that I have tried but none seem to give me that extra boost they use to.

Tsunami, Super Pump, Dark Matter, Animal Rage, NoXplode 2.0, Insane, 1M.R., Pump Fix, Assault, Jacked 3D, and Black Powder.

Then that's all you need. Those supplements are all gimicks for the most part.

i have used Jacked in the past. it is a really good preload. but after time all of the preloads just dont seem to do anything, because your body builds up a tolerance to them.

A little more energy and focus is what I was looking for. I take BCAA's just before, and after my workouts.

its better to dose your BCAA's intra-workout. but i am sure that there would be a few people argue that.
