I've mentioned this before but like with everything every person varies a little. Train the way the people who have the look you want train. That means if lets say you look at runners, they are usually thinner and not very muscular looking, they train with no weight and for longer periods in time, now look at sprinters, they have huge thighs, they train with short intense bursts and weight train there legs as well.
I dont really have an ideal body type... I just want to stay fit. lol.

Started Phentermine today in combination with working out and a really low calorie diet. I'm GONNA lose this last 15 pounds.

I'm just shy 6 pounds of my goal for the reveal at SEMA, my target was to be 175 pounds from 250, at 180 + -, damn "all you can eat buffets; calling my name"

Well, back to the drawing board today ! I've indulged a little from the summer goodies. Hey, I'm only human ! LOL !

So today is the day where I go back to eating the way I did and going back on my trusty treadmill...hope to re-introduce myself to it tonight.

Time to get busy !

Glad to see this thread come back, I'm still hitting it hard in the gym, 6 weeks into team bombshell and seeing really good results, I'm doing cardio like crazy and lots of supersets the results have been good!

Keep it up you guys.... and lets get back to it!

I'm still plugging along. I'm in maintenance mode now...feels good to have carbs again LOL.

I'm gonna try to stay right where I'm at through the winter and then just lean up a titch in time for summer again next year. I was 155lbs and about 8% BF this morning.

This hasn't been a good week for me! I drove to my parents house which is a 3 hr. drive and my back tensed up like mad, My Corvette is fun to drive but not the most confortable on road trips, so I have to take it easy and heal, but hopefully I'll be back in the gym this weekend!

Probably wouldn't hurt to stretch more, I'm always in such a hurry to get all my workouts before work, and i'm not spending the time stretching like I should, you live and learn! I guess!!

Hope everyone has a great humpday!

That sucks. I can drive my Challenger for HOURS and hop out refreshed like I was in a Lazy Boy

I'm bad about not stretching either......I barely even do a warm up set before jumping right to it.

I used to do that too. Till I had 225 up on the incline bench and tore my shoulder.

Unsure if stretching would have made the difference but I was done for good. Never healed back. :(
