I need more focus, heck I just need more time. School and work are killing me, I need to force myself to do insanity or something before bed (the only time i think i'm gonna get a workout in unless its my day off)

How I cure my chocolate craving / sweet tooth and stay focused on the weight loss, is I will drink a bottle of the Carnation Breakfest Esstentials Chocolate shake and I swear it's just like a Mickey D's shake

I need someone to tell me "work out fatty" every day too, Bunny. I've gotten abysmally lazy. It doesn't help that I seem to be losing about 3-5 pounds a week without doing anything. LOL. I was a size six three years ago and SO happy, but my friends kept telling me I looked sick, so Idk...

when you are super busy with school and work or other activities, you REALLY REALLY have to focus on the diet and not get quick/unhealthy junk food or drive-thru stuff. Just make really good decisions and you can still lose weight.

Good thing is I still eat pretty healthy, I just need to get strict on my portion size again. I do good during the day. Dinner, although, low fat I usually love it so much I nom the crap out of it.

Excellent point. 10 years ago I started long distance cycling and I was very disappointed to see that I had dropped weight but then gained FIVE pounds over two months! I was literally distraught over this, I was eating right and cycling 200+ miles/week, yet there it was.

Muscle mass - more dense than fat!

Thats right! You can be super lean and all your clothes will tell you you've lost fat, but the scale is a different story!

Hey Ruby!

Been workin hard the last couple of weeks, I'm on my third week with my new team bombshell plan, and this 6 days a week of cardio and weight training is really tough! I'm at the point where I'm happy again I bought my Corvette, Was kinda wishing for a SUV after the first week of these workouts! But my body is adjusting and starting to see small changes!
The diet is super clean all through the week, but I get my cheat meal on saturdays, its been pizza, guess my body is screaming for carbs by then! hahaha, Love it!

Keep workin hard everyone and I wiil too!
