I'm getting back there........but all these darn mini-vacations on the weekends really mess with me. I just have to be careful, still 2.5 pounds from where I think I want to be......Darn life.........it gets in the way doesn't it! Glad we all have the support of each other. Ladies 9and gentlemen), y'all can do it.......

I have a 'fun' contest this weekend. I will train tomorrow, then off till Sat. Bavarian Stone Lift. I have never been in a contest like this, but I am doing it because I have a couple trainee's that need to get some competition experience and they said if I joined, they would compete. So, I'll go have some fun and see what the 'kids' can do. I believe they have a "masters" class..whoo hoo!

3rd week in my training and this is the first day I did not have time for my cardio!

did all my supersets though! I usually take wednesdays off so it looks like i'm hitting cardio! new workouts this month show I have to do 60 min. of cardio on the eliptimill!

I did it monday, and will do it tomorrow, and the rest of the week!.....

but, yet, on the other hand.......

These six day a week workouts, hour long cardio sessions and supersets I'm doing are killer, along with the strict diet, Bombshell's don't play!!! but
