Could this 2013 TVS 5.8 Mustang be the 20th Anniversary 2013 SVT Cobra R?

Could be the boss 351. . .

we already have one boss and 5.8l = 351ci.

I just can't see Ford passing up SVT's and the Cobra's 20th anniversary. 1993 was the first year SVT was formed and produced the first Cobra and a Cobra R. SVT also has a tradition of releasing outlandish Cobra's right before a major redesign; '93 Cobra R and '03-'04 Terminator.

Although, 2013 is the last year for this retro stuff, maybe they will go all out on the retro... But the report said that '13 would bridge the gap fro retro to current...

Yeah, I'm not sure. I just think it's an interesting coincidence that the boss is back after decades and they're putting a 5.8l in another mustang. We'll just have to wait and see.

Maybe there will be a boss 302 and boss 351? Or new Mach 1?

I'm sorry, I should have worded it differently. I meant, Do you have any idea when or what type of info may be provided? I have nothing against motor trend. I typed that last message in a hurry on my phone, sorry for the mis-understanding

No, nothing.. They never reported anything about the initial rumor so I had asked "somebody in the know" where the report was at. It's some journalisic competition crap, nobody will say anything else.

This is between C&D and MT...
