Haven't posted workouts in a while, just checking in and letting you guys know I'm still at it! and down 3 lbs.!


WORKOUTS Yesterday:

(Circuit)

3x
Body Solid Squats: 3x15 reps 90 lbs.
TRX-Chest Press: 3x15
Step Ups: each leg 3x10 20lbs.
Standing 1-Arm Shoulder Press W/ kettlebell: 2x15 20 lbs 1x10 25 lbs.
Leg Extentions: 20,15,12 reps 90,90,100 lbs.
Ball Crunches: 3x15 w/ 12 lb. ball
Tricep Bench Dip: 3x15 reps 35lbs.
Vertical leg raise: 3x15 45 ilbs.
Kettleball Calf Raise: 15,12,10 reps 30lbs.

Cardio: treadmill on an incline, 30 minutes

That's quite a workout to do 3 times. How long does it take you to finish the circuit?

I try to go kinda fast pace so it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for 1 circuit and I'm finished in about 45 min. after 3, Its a cardio combined and weight training workout.

Jumping on this bandwagon late, but I started logging my weight loss from Jan. 1 and am down 10.5 pounds as of today. Feel tons better. Would like to get another 5 at least off, maybe 10.

Congrats on the 3 lbs down Bonnie! Quick question...on the tricep dips are you putting a 35 lb plate on your abs and then dipping? Just wanna make sure I am understanding the exercise correctly.

Kewl, thanks!! I've been doing bench dips but need to kick it up a notch cuz they are getting easier!!

Good story to share with you all....today I led our Physical Training (PT) session and we had some Army guys from the Training Battalion join us....we did circuits and I totally kicked their a$$e$!!! I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!

Alright....I am now back from vacation...had a blast !!!

I didn't gain any weight at all actully may have lost 1 pound...oh well...lol
I was careful with what I ate as well!!!!
