QUESTION TO ALL YOU CAMARO5 OWNERS !!! - Page 7

I originaly wanted silver with black stripes or the opposite. I was introduced to Imperial Blue Metallic while I was shopping around and pictured it with a pair of white "painted" rally stripes and I was game. My neighbor has a '67 RS/SS 'maro in a simular color (midnight blue metallic) with the two white rally stripes and it looks hot. I'm still waiting to have mine striped next spring.

My last car was silver and was Soooooooooooo easy to take care of, but I didn't want another silver car just because I drove that color for too long. I originally wanted black, but decided that it would be too much work on a daily driver to keep clean. Then I decided that I wanted the IBM... almost black... still kinda stealthy looking.

Then I went to the lot and saw Malice sitting there with all of her friends... CGM looks great and it still has the stealthy look too. I love it the most at dusk or at night under streetlights glimmering in her metalic glory. I'm really happy about my decision to go with CGM.

silver is awesome !! hardly ever gets dirty and no swirl marks are ever seen

We went to GM Carlisle in 2007 and saw the Camaro concepts. I knew then that I would order a white with IO trim SS as soon as they became available. You can imagine how upset I was when summit white was listed as a "interim" color.
I ordered mine and took delivery on 8/21/09.

I ordered Inferno Orange Metallic because it reminded me of the coolest Muscle Car color ever Hugger Orange.

My 2010 Camaro is Rally Yellow with black stripes. When the 1969 Camaros came out I was in high school. My step-brother was two years older than me and a couple of years after he graduated he bought a used '69 Z28 yellow with black stripes. He bought my dream car! I thought that it was the coolest car I had ever seen. Back then I couldn't afford one. Family, a house, and career kept me busy for many years. When I first saw the '10 Camaro with that color combination I knew that I had to buy one. As an aside, my step-brother totaled his within six months of buyin it...but that is another story.

I like red, and I hadn't seen a single VR in my area yet.
A friend said guys should drive black sports cars (he has a black Z06) and girls should drive red ones. I had already bought mine, but it's as good a reason as any!

I picked IBM because it reminded me of the 70 Chevelle my dad had a few years ago that was Fathom Blue with White stripes. Unfortunately my Camaro did not come with stripes but it will be getting them Friday!

yellow was my second choice but the orange just grew on me
