Judging by what he said, you got to put add a little force to the clutch
It is possible for an SRT8 to get 26 MPG with a lot of effort, who's not going to floor it half the time

2009 Dodge challenger SRT8 test drive

lol

As for cornering, our test car’s peak g-force, as per the built in indicator, was recorded as 0.99 g. Dodge only claims 0.9 g.

im gonna be honest though performance and looks wise i still love the looks of the car. i make jokes about its size but i think it looks much better then the original challenger.

Whats really scary is that clearly was a biased article coming from a mopar source... and it wasnt even all that impressive.

.99g's? im taking credit for pointing out those g sensors dont work. that pretty much proves it.

I really like the looks of that car and the one reviewed has some very cool creature comforts (0-60 timer, braking timer, etc). The light on the back of the seat is cool too.

I'm just NOT a Dodge fan. They're not known for having quality vehicles.

yea I am waiting for car and driver test. It should do .9 or slightly lower on the skid and 0-60 in 4.6-4.7. This would finally prove my point that you don't have to supercharge the car from factory to make it fast (points at gt500 lol)

chevy and dodge got it right....no replacement for displacement!

Maybe so, but I'd much rather have the SRT8 for a daily, I prefer real rumble over keening whine.

Whats up with the pictures in the shade?? FAIL.

Semi good review.

The Challenger does have that great look and can perform pretty damn good too. Great looking car.
