My recruiter wants me to come down and do a small boot camp thing with some poolees that are about to leave for boot camp. they might do the IST i think, he was not clear,

I'm sick as hell though
(and out of shape)

Well, I want to cut down on my weight. Right now I am like 212, and am like 6'2-6' 3ish...so I want to get down to the 192-197 range.

I am getting over being sick. Still have a lil cough tho. I am far from hercules, I just want to get into the best shape possible before going in.

i can do three miles.
i can do 200 crunches.
and about 50 push ups (i hate those)

i want to get back into shape. well i need to for C5F... Aby and Cyn are making me look bad. lol.

I am good. School and work have been killing me! i have no time to breath. But things are letting up now so I will be here more! Yay! lol. Well on here and at the gym while Skip rebuilds that engine.
