My recruiter wants me to come down and do a small boot camp thing with some poolees that are about to leave for boot camp. they might do the IST i think, he was not clear,

I'm sick as hell though

Well, I want to cut down on my weight. Right now I am like 212, and am like 6'2-6' 3ish...so I want to get down to the 192-197 range.

i can do three miles.
i can do 200 crunches.
and about 50 push ups (i hate those)

i want to get back into shape. well i need to for C5F... Aby and Cyn are making me look bad. lol.
