Ahhh, yea...with that I would be good, plus I have been working out quite a bit lately, so I am getting 'stronger' hopefully that will translate into a 'stronger swimmer'

Dude, that means nothing....every school has different numbers for their classes. There isn't a Title to it, there's only the numbers?
Well, I have strong arms, and strong legs, so we will see how that goes. Maybe I will get a swim coach for conditioning.

IMO: running is 10x easier then swimming im in swimming in gym class and after about 14 warm up back and forth im dead (so is all of my class)
i would rather run the mile then swim

I am working on the strong arms, legs are pretty strong for how skinny I am... Hope it all works out!

and DIC, swimming gives you SUCH a good workout! Its WAY better than running!

Well when I go in I want to be in excellent condition.

I want to be able to run 5 miles.

I want to be able to do 200 push up's without stopping ( used to be able to do 85 without stopping )

be able to do 200 sit ups

15 pull ups

swim x amount in x amount...

you get the point lol
