+1

100% AGREED!!...this is not what NASCAR expected when they told them to 'have at it'....I think they need to revise the 'have at it' limitations...'rubbin' is racin' is one thing, deliberately wrecking and almost killing another driver when you are 156 laps down is another...

Completely agree with that statement! Hated that little punk since High School!

Carl had a chance to win the race when Brad put him into the wall. It's not the first time Brad's agressive driving has led to better drivers paying the price for his youthful inexperiance. It happens in both series and NASCAR should have a little talk to Brad about his driving habits, or get him a better spotter.

What Carl did was justified. Did he mean to flip Brad? Doubt it. Has Carl been flipped? Multiple times.

The wing is going away for a reason. This is a perfect example of why. The roof vents opened and the car still took off. Blame the wing, not the driver.

Did Carl cost Brad the race? Nope, he wouldn't have won anyway. Carl's former teammate did.

Brad reminds me a lot of KH, both whiney little . It didn't hurt my feelings a bit that Brad went airborne, just wish Mark Martin wouldn't have been wrecked.

I think thats the big point here. Edwards was 158 laps down when he took Brad out. If they were on he same lap it would be diffrent but since they weren't it totally changes things.

Wait, that was already done one a few years back for a less serious incident.
And they suspended Robbie Gordon in a cup race because of something less serious that he did in a Nationwide race.
