most people don't even think twice to see what is in supplements. Most of them are mainly proprietary blends. Which basically means some random crap thrown in for filler.

I tend to look at supplement labels in the same way as nutrition labels. The more ingredients listed the more I tend to shy away from them . Prprietery blends are usually label dressing, they throw in a bunch of ingredients to try to dress up thier product when in fact many of the ingedients are useless, the ones that are not are usually underdosed where as not to have any benefit.

It's caffeine. It's an evil drug. Blame the makers and people that sell it. It is what we do with all drugs. Wait, what drug were we talking about again?

What ever happened to taking personal responsibility for your actions?

Why would they do that? They want to blame everyone else for all their actions because they are the reason they didn't finish highschool, go to college, get a good job, have 2.5 kids and a white picket fenced in house, have a 401k, a retirement.

Right! RIGHT!

sorry, this election is getting to me. All this Crap on tv is getting to me.

A have a blue Monster about 3 times a week.
People who get side effects from energy drinks are the ones who drink them everyday...maybe even 2 or 3 a day. That's crazy.

need some caffeine everyday to function without a headache... don't use energy drinks, but rely on coffee/soda. Really been trying to cut back on my caffeine intake.

but in regards to the OP... it's pretty much been stated by everyone already, there's warnings on the cans for a reason.

I do take them once or twice a week, mostly Red Bull.

I was up 72 hours straight on Red bull. LOL, it was for a radio contest where the last person touching the car would win it.

I didnt win, but those are powerful drinks, that deserve respect and moderation.
