Yep, yet again. That linked thread about it had a rep answering ?'s until the topic of the method of release/hype was brought up.

Good call on florida gun trader! Ak's are so hard to price because a $300-400 russian ak is now worth between $750 and $1,000. Looks like florida gun trader has them from $850 -$1,000. Need to just take the pictures and post them. If I talk about it enough I will do it. haha I usually only buy and do not sell.

Thanks Slow ....... I have been considering one of their barrels that would make it a simple switch and ilwt reviews are very good. I have a little time to decide, the BATF just cashed my check for my Omega 9k, just hope to get her out of jail before Christmas.

I have to say this little can by Silencer CO. was outstanding, half the size and weight of most suppressors on the line this weekend and quieter than most.

Unfortunately, they're 2x as heavy as an ACOG.

I'm not sure the UH1 is coming out anytime soon, despite what BackorderPlanet is estimating.

I would rather buy a new barrel then have mine cut down and rethreaded. Then you get two for the price of about one at the end of the day. This seems like a sound route.

Curious what you guys think the value of these guns would be. The eotech not included in the sale. Both have never had more than 20 rounds maybe max and Saiga izhmash made in Russia. Really just safe queens for shtf. The one with brown furniture was converted by EAA and is .223 and the black one is factory original 7.62x39. The scope is anyone's guess. I know higher end scope and have no clue about this one.

Regarding the AK's. Check SIMILAR guns that SOLD on GunBroker. Takes some time to filter out the list to show only finished auctions, but it does give you an accurate view on the current market.

Unsure about AK's , but currently AR's are cheaper than ever. Softest AR market in many years.

Thank You, you are right about ar's. It is a soft market and why I am getting rid of the Saiga russian ak's as they have a really strong market now they are on the ban list with no changing of that in the near future. The russian ak's seem to fetch or ask around $1000-1200 if they have been converted. I am thinking $1,500 is a fair price for both on a quick sale. Personally rather make room with the ak's and add my pof 7.62 when it comes in. The aks only match my saiga 12's. Although those may go for a fostech 12 in the future who knows haha

I would like to be in your area if they are selling for that. Here, AK's ain't worth jack squat, and if you mention that they are Russian made, most people won't touch them with a 10' foot pole.

HAHA it is marketing. Has nothing to do with quality of the firearm. Right now AR's are the soft market and AK's are going up in price since Obama stopped the importation of them in 2014. By the way is you want a AK you really want the russian made ak's not turkish or chinese. This has been the rule of thumb since I was a kid. I have had two offers for $600 on the black rifle but people in my gun club that sell at gun shows. I think this is feasible for the market right now. I am sure in your area at gun shows real russian saiga will fetch a decent price to.

Go look at converted 12 gauge Saiga right now if you want a price shock.

Well good call on florida gun trader Captain Slow! Thank you for the advice. I have a current pending offer for $800 on the black Saiga. Local sale with CWP holder is a what I was looking for in the first place. Ironically I thought the black and brown would have sold first. Only because it is a better conversion after imported.

The fully converted saiga should go for about $1000 the rear only converted should go for about $800-$850
FYI most AK guy like them to be as authentic as possible. A simple funiture change can make the difference in selling or sitting for weeks
