If it's coming from the dealer they should warranty it all including any drive train issues, but that's just my two cents. Some dealers will warranty all of that and the OEM warranty should it fail in direct relation to the mods they put on the car.

It isn't "built for boost." No forged internals, and a high compression. It was built to get a ton of power out of a NA configuration. Small amounts of boost really get the car to respond well, but I worry about engine longevity.

All Coyotes have a forged crank. They still run powder rods and hyper pistons though.

LOL yeah. You should go and post that in every thread where a guy is modding his Camaro and voiding his warranty completely. At least its a parts warranty. It's better than a kick in the ass, no?
