Ford gave Chevy a easy win with the 2015 Stang. I just don't see Chevy dropping the ball. That would be like snatching Defeat out of the Jaws of Victory.

As expected about the same numbers as the ZR1, awesome performance at a much better price. Lets line up the 15-Hellcat Charger and the 15 Z06 for the ultimate stock drag race. 4-door family sedan vs track focused supercar, whats not to like in the matchup.

As for the Camaro..Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Ford fans did that with the S550 and got mildly burned.
The Stang is Ford's only viable performance car. Until they come out with a Vette beater, the Mustang must hold the line.

That wouldn't even be far.. The charger is to fat compared to the C7 Z06

Dodge claims 11:00s for the Charger, 10:90s for the Z06, should be a great race?

A Hellcat (although with DR's) ran a 10.85 @ 126 in the 1/4... and folks say approx 11.2 with stock tires.

Skip to ~2:40 for the run...

The Corvette has NEVER been the straight line warrior. The HellCharger may indeed outrun it on the quarter mile, but if I'm attacking Road America, Road Atlanta, Laguna Seca or (in my dreams) the Nurburgring, it wont be in a HellCharger.

Bring the right weapon to the battle, a Hellcat to the drags, a Z06 to the track
