just ordered both of these mainly for support when i'm going for pr's. Want to be doing this for a long time, and keeping my body in good condition, I think it's a good investment! I was researching and a lot of raw meets allow you to use belts and knee sleeves so i should be okay
inzer 10mm latch belt and sbd knee sleeves.

a pic of me at a mark bell bench press seminar this week. I am the one with the water bottle. training has been shitty. on some prednisone for my back now, making me weaker and not helping it. I had to pull out of a meet this weekend at dan greenes gym :( . I want to get this back sorted so I can get start improving again. training can be such a head f*ck.

Hi all. Hope everyone is doing great.
After what seems like an eternity I'm back in the gym. A couple of days after the steroid shot for my shoulder almost all pain was gone for normal activities. First workout on Monday was limited. Push ups were impossible as well as any kind of shoulder raises or presses, now, the end of the week shoulder raises with light weights, presses, flies and pushups are fine, no shoulder pain in most positions but a few of the incline presses and flies give a little discomfort. I'm thinking next week I should be able to steadily add the weight and be back to normal in a few weeks, with the exception of the little bit of a belly that crept up on me but I'll make quick work of that as well. Still avoiding deadlifts as even though the hernia operation was a while ago it still doesn't feel quite right so I'm gonna give it some time, after 3 repairs I may stop deadlifting all together, we'll see. |

You've just got too get back into it. You will be surprised what you can do with a piece of cardio equipment and some dumbbells. Start tightening up on the diet and put together a small program until you can get back into a class. |

I'm doing alright. actually trying to up my cardio. I can't run a mile but that's my goal. funny how weights don't bother me too much but cardio is a demon to me.

I'm not big on cardio anymore. Years ago when my goal was fat loss I did it religiously, now I do HIIT,its less time consuming burns more cals and is not counterproductive to muscle building as cardio is.
