well my cardio has been going up a bit. been making myself run more. I hate myself because of it now
though I have been slipping when it comes for eating. I need to tighten the reins on food.

I forgot to post some good news from last weekends competitions. Both my Swedish friends placed very well on the NPC Branch Warren Classic in Houston last weekend. And another great bodybuilder from my gym took the overall Bodybuilder title!

It was a great show! I was lucky to be backstage and rest next to Branch Warren himself between the hectic moments during the day, as he is sponsored by the GASP and Better Bodies team which my friends compete for as ambassadors.

Starting with T.J - Winner of Heavyweight bodybuilding + Overall bodybuilding:


My friend Samer who took 1st place in Lightweight bodybuilding + 2nd place in Lightweight novice bodybuilding:


And my friend Henrik Lindh who took 3rd place in Heavyweight Novice bodybuilding - On a 5 week diet only! Great results!

Kind of wondering where everone is!!

i did a local bench comp this week. only rule was touch your chest. I put up a new pr for a gym lift with a 459lb press. bodyweight is still about 220.

Still lurking around. Haven't been in the gym for way to long. Still doing physical therapy for my shoulder, this morning got a shot, hopefully this will speed things up, pt seems to be a joke.

I've been watching the crossfit games every so often on the website. It'll be interesting to see if Rich Froning can keep the top spot and be the fittest man for the 4th yr in a row. especially since he announced last year, that this year is his final year to compete in individual men's competition. part of me wants him to win ( I like seeing a TN man win since I'm from TN) but at the same time I kinda hope someone beats him. if he wins again, there will be a cloud over the men next year when someone wins. you'll hear oh yeah you won, but if Rich was here he may not have.

but anyway, it's always fun to watch the games.

Yeah living in his hometown CF is big here. I didn't even realize it was on now.

lol that man is a machine! came from all the back in the back to win it again.
I will say this when the games started I didn't think he had it in him after the first couple of exercises.
he is out for individual men. but he said he will return in a team. so that should be interesting. especially since he kinda has a way about him where he expects everyone in his team to be as good as him. that was shown a little bit when he was part of team USA. there was a woman in the team that was just terrible. I dunno if she had food poisoning or started to get sick or what. but she was the reason why the team failed at beating the other team, which was composed of people around the world. he was not a happy camper.

CFD I miss the weight loss thread. I have been a bad girl. I just cannot figure out a way to get in my exercize since my work location changed & my commute takes longer. I know it is an excuse but I am just tired when I get home and the longer I go without any significant exercise, the more tired I get and the worse I feel. I'm putting back on some of those hard worked off lbs too. I need a new exercize class that I can make it to!!!!!!
