That's how I made the name for myself at my company. Within three months, I'm already being offered a new position with a 50% pay increase. Nobody at the company can do what I can do, in no small part because of my Excel skills.

I know it sounds simple, but it truly makes you far more valuable. People like you and I may not have 15 years experience, but I'm already running circles around those people because I use technology to solve business problems.

Doubt that since I don't know a language just yet. I am in the process of learning C but wanted to start off with something a littler simpler and heard Python is a good one to start with and is somewhat widely used.

Guess I just need to dive into it and see what happens...

The price may be a scam but learning wise it is not. Ive learned more in college by applying myself and choosing the right teachers. If you dont have the drive, you wont learn.

I learned most of what I know from some classes and tons of practice. There is an excellent YouTube channel called excelisfun that I utilize from time to time.

I created a document with useful excel formulas and examples for coworkers that I can send you if you remind me tomorrow.

I beg to differ. I am not sure if you have participated in an internship in the filed you wish to purse in the future yet but in my internship I have learned a lot more than what school has taught me. The most important thing I have gotten out of my internship is that I enjoy my job which lets me know I have selected the right career

Come on now, don't be condescending. I earned four degrees in 6 years. I applied myself plenty and had more drive than most.

It is a scam. You might learn lots of facts, but you do not gain much knowledge.
