I only had a bagel today but eating made me feel worse then. But decided to try to eat again just not so had some Special K cereal and now I really want to puke and still have a massive headache and shaking.

sorry you feel like that, It's most likely from not eating hardly anything and not being able to eat without feeling more sick definitely makes it much more worse, I hope you feel better soon.
