.... So I talked myself into going to get a bagel and a healthy doughnut.... I've been wanting a doughnut for a while lol
As I was returning home my light turned green and I look over at the car beside me wondering why they weren't going? So I go and I hear skidding vehicle... Yeeaaaa old ass blazer with a guy who just looked like a POS without insurance hauling ass and about to run the red light. My blood boils and he comes to a stop... I catch my breath and gtfo of the area so I don't lose it. Then I got to thinking.. For one he would have killed my doughnut .... You don't **** with a girls doughnut!!! Secondly I have NO clue if my insurance plan would cover the value of my car under uninsured motorist. I kept the same amount as my 2009 Audi had. I'm not too worried about medical, I hate doctors and I could always do payments for the most part. And I think my work health insurance is suppose to cover me until other party is sued.. Key word SUPPOSE to. Looks like ill have to find my paperwork. Good thing it didn't happen. It is a scary thought though!!! Cut out of my baby and nothing covered expense wise by the at fault driver.

Makes me want to go out and tow every car that doesn't have proof of insurance.
I've worked two bad accidents this past month where the at fault vehicle didn't have insurance. One involved 4 vehicles... One being a 2013 Cadillac hah 3 of the cars had to be totaled... At fault vehicle was on its side. Actually I have a pic.. I may or may not be in this pic  I had to do an interview for the news.. I asked her to only use it if there isn't anything else worth a crap to put on the news lol I don't interview well AT ALL!Airbag deployment in the caddy.

Nope. Girl in the SUV was at fault and she went to the hospital but wasn't that bad. I was on scene seconds after the crash (I was up the road at Walmart harassing fat asses that park in the fire lane) and some people were trying to pull her out of the vehicle. I told them to leave her that she could have serious injuries ... No one listened so I shrugged and walked away... Not my lawsuit.
Then the driver of the caddy went because she was straight up psycho.... She was seriously flipping out! Like I was asking for her info and she'd go from omg omg I could have died! To "screw you, you don't care about me!!" Back to I'm sorry thank you so much to "I have a heart condition bitch! I'll die and it's your damn fault". I'd like to add all I said was ok just sit still for a second and breath, your ok and your daughters are ok the car can be replaced... I was being nice :( lol the medic even have me the "wtf?" Look lol

Not as lucky.... Although if he had his seatbelt on I think he would have lived. The drivers compartment was pretty much fine, he just went into the steering wheel, it was bent to crap.
Ups driver got 3 weeks off no pay :rolls eyes: totally the fords fault the ups driver had two trailers and was all the way in the right lane. Ford went across his left lane, turn lane, oncoming left lane and into the right lane to hit like this. And sadly the family of the guy in the ford are all lawyers like he was... They sued ups because they knew they'd pay. Makes me hate people.
