If that was the case it would be 3.0 L TT. 3.6 doesn't help overseas.

In China over 3.0 gets hammered. Over 4.0 is almost double again.

Just posted. 4.0 would be the same as a 6.2. But a 3.6 is much worse than the 3.0. 25% and 40% respectively

The sweet spot is 2.0 for any kind of power in a car of reasonable size.

I think Europe double dips CO2 and displacement. Oh and in London during peak hours you can't burn gas at all during peak hours. Not sure on all the details but if is crazy
