I want a wideband myself, and there is no pillar-pod available for convertibles, plus the "center-speaker delete" designs I've seen looked like ass and I'm not sure ever made it to production. I have a Autometer Cobalt wideband AFR that I designed the pod around, so I guess that's yet another thing I haven't installed yet...
lol, no worries. I love popcorn

looking for info on this. I think there's a curtain airbag, that's in the roof, next to the window, but can't find anything in the a-pillar.

I've always done it by ear. When I had my buddy's Shelby, it used to make a distinct sound about 1000 rpm before redline so I knew when the shift was coming and never looked down. Just shifted and kept going

Did it with the gt as well

Here's a link showing the side curtain getting deployed - though it's not exactly clear from where it came out...

Side curtain comes out of the seat. I might be wrong and thinking about the sonic.

Then you have the roof railing. 6 airbags total.

Coupe Models, Driver Side
Shown, Passenger Side Similar
On coupe models, the seat-mounted
side impact airbags for the driver
and right front passenger are in the
side of the seatbacks closest to

the door.
