Time for a Craiglist find of a Weber Smoky Joe. A small bag of lump charcoal and a charcoal chimney. Of course I cook on one of my 3 grills or my smoker at least 3 times a week, usually more.

We live in an apartment so until we have a house the oven and stove will have to do.
