It's not much to look at but it sure was tasty!
Got to love it when leftovers are better than the original dish. ![]() Leftover chicken breast (shredded) 3/4 cup water 6 oz hot sauce (not salsa) 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 packet SazonGoya Simmer until chicken is warm Add to tostada shell with a little cheese and sour cream. Nom nom nom |

going to be making more bulgogi tonight. going to try to bake it this time. stove top makes the meat tough. it will have been marinating for 24hours.
