Only if you have directional tires. Non-directional tires, the way Fen did it is most effective.

strip it and paint them. if you do it right, you dont even have to pull the tires off.

who needs a pneumatic wrench? all you need is some elbow grease. and while I do promote using jackstands when working on cars, sometimes you have to improvise. which is why I carry 2 scissor jacks in both trucks at all times.
