haha seriously I really am quite mature for my age..I take pride in it..I like the sense of respect that I get from people..

and remember..there is always someone older around

that is one possibile cause and or dogs............. looks to me like its the finish coming off and you could either A) get new rims or B) send the rims off to get refinished.... heck you could even get them chromed....
