It's all about the agenda folks and too many in the Military don't vote in a manner that supports it. Punishment or just keeping people down so they may come around to the agenda one day?

Just pony up or get loans. Or do what I did and suffer for a long time taking 1 or 2 classes at a time and graduating with zero college debt.

My husband just lost his too and now cant sign up for his classes next semester. :( And with him being med boarded sometime by the end of the year there is no way we can afford to take out loans or pay up front and wait for the GI bill to reimburse us. Frickin sucks.
