Or they could not take our TA away and I would rather not use my GI bill either unless I took a full class schedule.

If you're on active duty, you can still use your GI Bill. Sucks to have to use it then, but at least your education is still being paid for without cost directly to you. Good luck, and thanks for your service!

Here's a good one for you. They took mine away to. I'm in the Coast Guard. I found out today that sequestration is only suppose to apply to DoD. I'm DHS. It's not sap pose to effect us until 2016, so wtf did they take mine? They didn't even give use warning. The army, airforce and Coast Guard cut it off Monday. Navy and Marines got extra time to put in there TA requests.
I'm hoping it will come back in a month or two, when the politicians get there heads out their butts. |

Actually it is not the Military that took away Tuition Assistance, it is the preson presently residing in the White House who did. He HATES the U.S. Military and all who served in the U.S. Military. He is cutting all benefits for Veterans and Retirees.
