The one in Ohio, I don't remember, it's been too long ago, but I remember my stomach coming out of my throat!

Two cousins came to the funeral I hadn't seen in twenty years... I guess we just get too preoccupied with our own little worlds. It's really too bad. Was a nice visit tho.

Congrats on the award! Sorry about the weather.

It's unfortunate it took a funeral to get back together, but hopefully you all can stay in touch now. You said the funeral was nice, I hope you really celebrated his life, and shared a lot of happy memories with your family. That's the way funerals should be, even though they are sad. Hugs to you!

There's lots of good roads everywhere..........I was reading an old "Oklahoma Today" magazine tonight. They had 4 motorcycle routes. One was in Eastern Oklahoma near Talimena Drive which is awesome. Another, that I know Twisty knows about is Medicine Park area. Beautiful country. I'll be passing through on my way to Hot Rod Power Tour again this year.

Then I went to my sister's house for a while. She showed me the exercizes her physical therapist has her do. I will try some of them but I found out my little sister is really out of shape. I'm pretty sure my body is just protesting not having a dance/aerobic class. It seems to be getting better gradually. I drove Ruby today. She loves the cold air. It was a nice drive. I dread the start of another long, cold, busy work week. But it is nice to enjoy the evening just kicked back on the reclining couch & watching my silly bunny.
Ruby, you might see if you can find a place to line dance. My daughter and I have been doing that. Lots of fun!

Hope the show was really a celebration for Phil. Glad you had fun!

LBM, this is what I found about that road, it's in middle eastern Okla, more of farm to market route than a highway. I DID catch myself on a road like that in eastern Ohio... in a semi of all things, that was a great day
Glad the funeral was nice. It is sad that that's one of the only times family gets together, but I think you have to make a funeral a celebration of life, not such a sad experience.

Good morning all. Another sleepless night here in northern Pa. At least I can sleep in if that's any consolation. Wishing all of you a happy day.

Ditto.
Was strange being off the Internet for 3 and a half days. Now lots of catching up to do here. Have a great day catch up with you all later.

I had phone numbers written on my hand all weekend, going to make an effort to see them more often, but it's hard with my lifestyle.

That's pretty country, and a cute town. I kick myself for not buying a house out there 30 years ago.
During the service and lunch afterward, there was a lot of laughing... when you have 8 siblings there will be stories told at your funeral

dianokie: Line dancing is what I had been doing & all the class times have changed to times when I can't do it. If you are talking about actually going out to clubs to dio it, well nothing like that in my hick town & I live too far from Nashville. I am still checking on a few things.

My back is some better today. I did some exercizes on my own that at first I thought aggrivated it, but I laid off hte exercizes a day & it seemed better so I did them again this morning. Maybe every other day is the ticket. The bunny is getting more & more aclimated to her environment which is both good & not good. She is now comfortable wandering into the great room to spend time with us on the couch which is much more comfortable then laying on the floor in her room which was her preference previously. But it is that much more of the house that needs to be bunny-proofed. We don't mind, but she is keping us busy. She still stays in her "condo" in the daytime & at night though. Have a good week everyone.
