Janice have you tried a Chiropractor for the back? Some people don't believe in them but mine has worked for me. My back used to hurt so much I had trouble tying my shoes no I am pain free for the most part.

I had planned planned on a quiet day at home tomorrow as its cold here too but I got a call this evening from my wife's uncle. He is trying to install a laminate floor and is struggling with it. I have done it before and went there to see if I could give him some pointers. His work so far was really off big gaps and unlevel seams so I took it all out and started the job again. It got late so I will go and finish the install with him tomorrow. He has helped me out with car repairs in the past and I am 20 years younger than him so it's the least I can do.

Good morning crew. Still hurting. I just found out my little sister has been having the same pain. She was diagnosed with bursitis of her hip with the pain referred to her back & is in physical therapy. I will see her at a funeral home today for visitation for my first cousin's husband's mother. We have known her all our life & went to church with her. I may go to Jill's (my sister) house afterword. We were texting about it & she wrote "I can teach you my $350 physical therapy stretches". Can't hurt to try. It is finally sunny here but still windy & cold. Clouds & precipitation are supposed to move back in this evening. Come on SPRING! I have the sniffles & sneezes & watery eyes this morning. I hope just from being out of my allergy med a while. I had some without the decongestant & was alternating one day with decongestant & one day without, last week until I could get some. I took the one with D this morning & am hoping it kicks in soon. HAGD everyone.

Good almost afternoon! Cold here in western NC! Getting a trailer hitch put on so we can haul the Harley to Daytona in a week and a half! Woo hoo, bike week. Jan. back pain can be awful. Seems like there's always something to fix:(. My knees are giving me some twinges at the gym and dancing, but I just try to ignore them! Zandron, Jan's right, very nice to do.

Good afternoon gang. How was everyone's weekend? Back from Show. Great time and was surprised with a in class. Coldfront came through and the winds have been howling. But it didn't put a damper on the party. Got a little wind/sunburn on the face. Take the hat off and look like a fishing bobber. lol. Need to do some catching up Cya all later.

LBM, this is what I found about that road, it's in middle eastern Okla, more of farm to market route than a highway. I DID catch myself on a road like that in eastern Ohio... in a semi of all things, that was a great day

The technical name of this road is "County Road NS 366." It's one mile west of "Old Highway 56, and about 1.5 miles west of State Highway 56, just north of Wewoka, Oklahoma

That road certainly looks like fun, but I know I'd have to use some restraint ... it'd be too easy to wind it up and destroy the front clip! :wink:

Good evening crew. I did my funeral home visiting, saw several family members & friends while there. It is sad but true that sometimes now the only times you see some folks is at the funeral home. Then I went to my sister's house for a while. She showed me the exercizes her physical therapist has her do. I will try some of them but I found out my little sister is really out of shape. I'm pretty sure my body is just protesting not having a dance/aerobic class. It seems to be getting better gradually. I drove Ruby today. She loves the cold air. It was a nice drive. I dread the start of another long, cold, busy work week. But it is nice to enjoy the evening just kicked back on the reclining couch & watching my silly bunny.
