Muscle memory makes me cry. It would be so much easier if I could just use the same routine forever I hate having to develop a new routine every 8-12 weeks to max my results.

I love switching my routine. I am always mixing strength and hyper trophy, sometimes with in the same workout session.

For those of you that use supplements, may I suggest a form of BCAA's? I swear by them. I use the GNC brand and I take 3 capsules about 15 minutes before working out and 3 capsules after working out. Those of you that eat and use protein shakes already have a form of either BCAA's or amino acids in your supplement. Diet also plays a huge rule. I do like to eat though!! lol

I gotta do some reseach on other proteins I'm using gnc wheyabolic. Not real happy with it. Any suggestions?

I worked in the Gym the other day. Their air conditioner was broken. It works great now.
