I just worked out my legs yesterday. It had been a few months (because of work commitments and travel) since I had done it. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, romanian deadlifts, and standing and seated calf raises. Against my better judgement, I just hopped right in like I owned the place. I started regretting that decision this morning. I'm REALLY going to regret it tomorrow....

Last time I worked out in a gym was about maybe 5 years ago. I didn't like the fact that they raised my membership fee after I have been a member for years. No thanks! lol
I do have equipment at home and do my workouts at home. Did biceps and triceps last night. Abs are standard every time I workout, which is 4 to 5 times a week.

I take two preworkouts, "GO" and "VEIN". I've never tried them before and I wanted to try something new. GO is mostly a creatine and stimulant, and Vein is mostly an N.O. supplement. I've been using them for only about a week, but there is no crash or jitters. I heard 1MR is good, and Jack3d is back on the shelves now too, which I really liked. I used to take some BCAAs during my workout, but it's not necessary if you're taking whey afterwards, since most whey has got a buttload of them. Now I'm trying SAA's.

To be honest, the best supplements I've taken for results is a testosterone booster (I'm in my 30's now), and creatine of some sort. I often would do something like a 20g protein shake and a peach before I went to the gym.

Try a few things and play around with them. I usually take something for about 8 weeks, and then spend 4-8 weeks without anything at all (besides whey) depending on the supplement. And if you're not eating right, supplements are worthless anyway. I get the most out of my meals

Well said, your pissing in the wind if you aren't eating right, resting well, and training hard. I rarely take a preload, every once in awhile I will take something like Jack3d, but very rare that I do.
