i'm working out as well. I've done this before, but then went back to bad habits. I'm determined to stay healthy after this. I eat a lot of salads, which is why the calorie intake is so few. i've been losing half a pound to 1 pound a day for the last month or so.

i'll eat two eggs in the morning. snack on some fruit during the day and eat grilled chicken salads for lunch and dinner.

Cause they are hoebeasts. One even accused me of cheating on Skip yesterday.



You should just do that now.



Mine are both.
Thank you bunny, I yell at him. He wants to lose weight fast for me, I am happy either way. I will take the slow and steady loss over unhealthy Jason :(
