another reason i know it's the ecm, is that there have been quite a few companies that come forward and want v6's for R&D, but they never finish. why start something you can't finish? because they couldn't tune it.

i know of at least 2 active guys on this site with v6's that have openly talked about having a trifecta tune. both blew their motors, flashed back to stock, and GM paid to fix them...
