So I just ate whatever now I am regretting it, I am at 185 this morning. Also, with work now there is not to much time to workout anymore, and my boss loves to buy us donuts and pizzas... which is nice but it sucks.

Needed to vent, im back on the diet now. Leave for the beach in 2 weeks so I will see where im at before I leave. Maintaining my weight loss is going to be harder than I thought and I am scared I'm going to gain it all back :(
Somewhere or another, all of us have lost our focus during our weight loss/ fitness journey. There will be obstacles...bumps in the road...but you have a choice...drive around the bump, hit the bump and move on down the road or go offroading! While offroading may seem more fun, just think what negative things offroading can do to your vehicle!

I.e The Donut or Pizza your boss brings in = bump in the road

You can

a) Drive around it = Not eat it (choose that nice sweet apple you brought with you instead)
b) Hit it and move on = Eat it, accept that you ate it and possibly choose to do an extra session of cardio or eat a salad for lunch instead of a sandwich
c) Go offroading = Eat it, then a bowl of ice cream, then a double bacon cheesburger etc

Treat your body like you do your Camaro --- fuel yourself with high octane (clean eating), try your best to avoid the big bumps and by all means possible, do not go offroading!!!

You won't gain the weight back if you believe in yourself and PLAN for those bumps in the road. You have come too far...just keep looking forward!!!!

Haha be skeered. Running isn't really the problem... and I would almost guarantee you won't run the whole time. However I will guarantee that you'll have fun, and be exhausted afterwards

LOL told myself that the first 2 pounds, weighed myself this morning now it's 4 lbs., eating too much healthy food can be a bad thing too, so I got fussed at by my coach, oh I'm such a bad girl! Lmao! But back on track, still working out hard but food is my weekness! When I get to nibbling I just can't stop! Uggh!

Those are great but I believe this one is my favorite!:

8 ) I don’t want to “overtrain”

Listen, an hour or two 5 days a week IS NOT overtraining…EVER…PERIOD. Unless
you don’t eat, and don’t sleep…in which case overtraining is the least of your worries

When I tell people my workouts (mainly lady friends) they think I am over training and I believe my body would let me know if that was the case!! lol I mean....Why do I feel so great after I workout?!!
