Yesterday was a good day but not good for the diet. I was out in the hot sun 8:00AM to 2:00PM out in the sun at a car show. They had free food & bottled water there and I managed to eat/drink okay while there. We got free tickets to the Kenny Chesney & Tim McGraw Brothers of the Sun concert at the Titan's LP Field stadium. It was still opressively hot when we arrived at around 5:15PM (by that time 6 or so folks had already been taken out by ambulance for heat related issues- some aggrivated by alcohol consumption). They only had Dasani water available and you are not allowed to bring any water in. I cannot drink Dasani water because it has added potassium which I cannot tollerate. I had to stay hydrated so best option I could find was frozen lemonade. I'm sure it had a ton of sugar but also a lot of ice which was good at keeping the body temp down. Luckily we ate before going & did not have to buy any food there. It was a good day though. Here is a pic:

SSmokinhot, you are as usual, smoking hot! Uh, No I wore shorts to the car event. You would have died in jeans at this event. It was waaaaaaaaaaay too hot. I went home & changed before the concert. My clothes were drenched with sweat! But I do plan to bring some summer dresses for C5Fest for the evenings (and for pics)!

Watch out. It's like a cult in those places hahah. I've been doing it on Tues and Thurs for about 6 weeks. Pretty fun, but I'm starting to get bored with it. I'm not big on olympic lifts with all that jerking and stuff.

SSMOKIN! WOW check out those shoulders! Looks awesome!

I fell off the wagon these last two weeks :(
I gained 15 pounds, ate way to much and very poorly. I can feel/see a difference. When I weighed in two weeks ago I was at 169, it actually really shocked me that I was in the 160's especially coming from I was at 305, and my family has been constantly getting on me to GAIN weight. So I just ate whatever now I am regretting it, I am at 185 this morning. Also, with work now there is not to much time to workout anymore, and my boss loves to buy us donuts and pizzas... which is nice but it sucks.

Needed to vent, im back on the diet now. Leave for the beach in 2 weeks so I will see where im at before I leave. Maintaining my weight loss is going to be harder than I thought and I am scared I'm going to gain it all back :(

It is a life change, not a temporary change Even when I'm TRYING to gain weight, I eat completely healthy and monitored like 90% of the time. Especially if you have the genetics that make you gain weight faster than losing it, you'll have to be careful... pretty much forever. That's how I am too. I can gain weight really fast, so I have to be careful what I put in my mouth

Get back on the horse and ride that fu**er out. You'll drop it again, probably quicker than you think. If it was a lot of crappy food, it means it had a lot of sodium. I would be willing to bet that you have at LEAST a couple pounds of additional water weight just from the salt. That will come off within a week.

Ladies -- yes, dresses for C5 Fest evenings!!! I'm soooooo tired of camo and combat boots!!!!!

Don't worry about a slip here and there. I did the same the last 2 weekends by eating late and heavy. I got down to 176 lbs and after 2 days last weekend and 2 days the weekend before that which I ate bad I gained 6 lbs. I was discouraged to be back to the 180's :(. I got back on track yesterday (Sunday) and between yesterday and today I jogged a total of 24 miles. I just weighed in at 176 lbs again . All that needs to be done is measure the calories in vs. the calories out and balance it out. It really works....and eating healthy ofcourse helps maintain a happy body.

Keep up the good work!

You've come so fa,r don't let it slip away. It takes a lot of disipline to maintain healthy eating but in time it get's a bit easier. Stay focused and you will be good.
