People under estimate the power or just walking....... best fat burning activity in the world. Cardio will not just burn fat but once your heart rate goes up your body will demand more energy than it can efficiently burn fat and wil start tearing into muscle. Essentially it makes you into a smaller version of your current self without re-shaping. Just walking or NEPA (non exercise physical activity) is the actual best thing for losing weight. I wake up every day and walk 5k before work, then walk a mile too work, a mile back, and then do just under a mile to the gym and the same back again. It reshapes you as it ONLY burns fat. Its results are slower but WAYYYYYY better.

YIKES!!! I wouldn't even try to squeeze. I got excited as all get out a week ago when I was able to pull my pre-pregnancy jeans all the way up AND button!!! They were still tight, and looked like they were painted on, but I'm not THAT kind of Mexican chic. That's gross!! Yeah, when I don't eat well first thing I do at night or in the morning is measure. Get you one, and I bet it will make you feel awesome!!! I haven't gained and I have slacked a couple times on the DVDs. So that makes me happy!!! Yeah, enjoy life while you are young, but don't get lazy and waste life away. Just remember how good you feel after a hard workout. That's what gets me to hit play everyday!!



You know what I use as motivation?!?! I have 2 sons, one is 4 and the other 2 1/2 mts. I think about someone trying to hurt them and me being defenseless because I'm outta shape. SO, since it makes me wanna kick someone's ass I kick it in gear. I don't ever want to be helpless. Find something that would make you angry and helpless and use that to push you!!

I feel pumped after doing Zumba. It keeps me too, which I need. I used to keep measurements, but my measuring tape went missing I'll have to get a new one and set some gnome traps so they can't steal it again


Nope don't wanna be that small - too small. My hips would never allow that on my frame
It's all about frame though - some people have small bones and frames and can pull off a 4 -- I'll be lucky to single digits ever, wide hips.

I'm lucky to have a hubby that is all about fitness. He keeps me straight when I want to stray. He pushes me through the workouts too when I start getting tired.

You know, you should try Hip Hop Abs too if you like the dancing thing. I love those videos. they are fun!! I have that, Zumba, and the Insanity. Next we are getting P90X!! I wanna get in shape since I'm not having any more kiddos!!
