It's taken me a LONG time to keep this up -- I was always miserable, and my ex husband just kept leading me towards the things I wanted to avoid instead of helping me and pushing me to stop being a cow

Now, I feel better - wearing clothes I never fit into before and it keeps me going to keep it off and lose more


Plus, I have fun walking or doing Zumba and now it's part of my routine and I'm tough on my ass so I don't quit

I do get when the scale doesnt budge, but I try to judge based on clothing fit - and the passed two days I have noticed I almost have a waist again
I'm doing pretty good for having family visiting and cheating more then I should - so I'm trying to not let myself get mad at me for not losing as much as I should have by now - I'm enjoying my summer and I'm still working out so I'll get on a better track soon (and I'm not gaining it all back - I beat that trend so I'm good )

YIKES!!! I wouldn't even try to squeeze. I got excited as all get out a week ago when I was able to pull my pre-pregnancy jeans all the way up AND button!!! They were still tight, and looked like they were painted on, but I'm not THAT kind of Mexican chic. That's gross!! Yeah, when I don't eat well first thing I do at night or in the morning is measure. Get you one, and I bet it will make you feel awesome!!! I haven't gained and I have slacked a couple times on the DVDs. So that makes me happy!!! Yeah, enjoy life while you are young, but don't get lazy and waste life away. Just remember how good you feel after a hard workout. That's what gets me to hit play everyday!!

You know what I use as motivation?!?! I have 2 sons, one is 4 and the other 2 1/2 mts. I think about someone trying to hurt them and me being defenseless because I'm outta shape. SO, since it makes me wanna kick someone's ass I kick it in gear. I don't ever want to be helpless. Find something that would make you angry and helpless and use that to push you!!
