Well, that's why I have started to not way myself at all but tape measure. I have lost 4 inch. since I started, but not much weight. That's something you should do instead. It will make you feel loads better. I was depressed for 2 wks because my weight didn't change, but then I measured and was down 3 in. and went

Ya there's a girl here with an ass the size of texas and she thinks she's a 14

she weighs 10lbs less then me and my ass isn't close to that size and I can't stuff into a 14 without busting seams so....someone's CRAZY

I do get

when the scale doesnt budge, but I try to judge based on clothing fit - and the passed two days I have noticed I almost have a waist again

I'm doing pretty good for having family visiting and cheating more then I should - so I'm trying to not let myself get mad at me for not losing as much as I should have by now - I'm enjoying my summer and I'm still working out so I'll get on a better track soon (and I'm not gaining it all back - I beat that trend so I'm good

)
