But ya - being happy is what matters - I can't say I think the large girls who wear tube tops are awesome - but I envy that they are thrilled with themselves enough to WEAR a tubetop. I won't even show my arms. So props to liking yourself.

I gained a lb doing Zumba this week :( but the last two days, looking in the mirror, I am holding myself better and I look better - so hopefully muscle gain So I'm still positive

Oh, I know!! They are so comfortable but I won't do it either. No shorts for me either. I think I have thunder thighs!! Plus, I don't know how they manage to squeeze themselves into that stuff so its secret to me. Well, that's why I have started to not way myself at all but tape measure. I have lost 4 inch. since I started, but not much weight. That's something you should do instead. It will make you feel loads better. I was depressed for 2 wks because my weight didn't change, but then I measured and was down 3 in. and went Stay positive, You can do it hun!!!
