I've always loved Camaro. I'd have bought one 10 years ago but my opinion of the 4th Gen Camaro is UGLY UGLY UGLY.

So even enthusiasts had reasons to stay away.

You could have bought a 98092 Trans-Am Ram Air WS6...which is highly regarded as the best looking car of all time...

Therefore, I shall commence flirting with the Arkansas girl and the girl with the high heels and tatoo on her ankle.
This is almost signature-worthy.

Yup, that is exactly what I did. Which is why I said GM muscle car enthusiast and not Camaro enthusiast. Reading is Fun.

"passion is passion" my ass. It isn't the same. One is Loyalty, the other is called Flavor of the Month bandwagoning. I highly doubt even 10% (that's a generous number) of this population was dedicated to the cause of bringing back the Camaro, rather they jumped on board when they heard it was coming back, or decided to purchase after it came out.

I've been in a GM muscle car since I could drive. And win, lose, or draw, I will find myself in one for the rest of my life. C6 Z06 is next.
