In a perfect world:

Judge: "Guilty as charged! Bailiff, please escort this person outside in front of the courthouse and administer a good old fashioned country a** whoopin'. Next case"

The more the above sentence was carried out in public the less this sort of thing would happen.

(In my opinion)

Rest assured that sooner or later jerks like this will pi** off the wrong person and the above mentioned whoopin' will be administered.

I've seen it happen. ...and I applauded. Sue me.
