Ah ok cool. Well weights are fo sho the way to go. You burn more calories all day long instead of just burning calories during your workout with cardio.

Just eat really clean and keep going, maybe switch it up a little and you'll get there.

i found that putting a 45lb weight on your stomach while doing sit-ups will help you get a ripped stomach. if you can't go that high, start with smaller weights or medicine ball.

Agreed. I do 35 mins of cardio to get warmed up. Then lift. Because muscle burns more calories than fat. Even at rest

I do inverted sit ups. Pretty big incline. 3 sets of 15.

Thats sounds like a good workout! Do you ever write down all that your eating to see if you are eating too much or too little?

That definately helps but you can build abs and if you aren't eating clean you wont see them. Unless you have a monster metabolism.
