Yeah. Get some good shorts online they are like $50 and they totally help, you'll find you can bike way farther than you think.

My mom has been running and weight training all her life, she is 58 - no pain. Good genes and good form. I'll be kicking ass till I'm in my 80s!

My ankles and knees are bad from all the sports I played when I was younger. I broke my right ankle playing basketball and have had countless sprains. Doctor wanted to operate on my knees due to cartilage damage, but couldn't guarantee they would get better and not get worse.

Strong ankles run in my family.

Not everyone is that lucky. My dad was active and very athletic, but now it hurts him to walk because of calcium deposits in his ankles.
