I don't do too much cardio except insanity. If I do like tread mill or something its HIIT for 30 minutes. I do alot of weights and plyo.

That's not bad at all on a bike if you're in shape. I know I couldn't do 30 now without quite a few breaks.

30 on a bike is like an hour or so. And its easy as long as you have compression pants, keep the acid out of your legs.

Lol I never had those, lactic acid.. Ugh my legs always hurt the next day.

Usually took me 1.5-2 hours since we have lots of hills
