Hey Everybody, sorry I'm just now getting back in here, I had such an amazing weekend at Camp, I learned so much about the workouts I've been doing, its so nice not to guess at a few of them anymore! LOL It was really hard though, I can't lie, the running was the hardest for me I stayed with the group for the 4 mile tour in the city, that was tough, but I made it through! I was about 10 seconds behind though, but I made it though, thats all that matters, but I Kicked butt on the 10 flights of stairs we had to run up 4 times! hahaha
Posing class was SO helpful, I can actually pose now the bombshell way! One of the Coaches really took her time with me till I had it down pat! I got great reviews,
There were 6 of us in our group, (200 total at camp) and after posing The team owner pulled another lady and I to the side, and told us how much potential we had and if we stick to the plan he see's us going to a national level by the end of the year, WOW!!! Coming from him I was so honored, this gave me so much encoragement, they also gave me a date for me to compete in Atlanta May 12th ! yay! I am so excited!!! WoooP Woop!!!

But enough about me, How are y'all doing these days? Sounds like everyone is going the right direction and some of you are taking some REAL weight off! Thats awesome! Well off to do my cardio, another HIIT workout I'll post later! Have a great hump day everyone!

Way to go Bonnie! I can't wait to meet all my Camaro Comrads at C5 Fest, but I may not want to stand too close to you for very long. LOL Maybe you can give us some pointers on posing in pics with our cars.

Here is the outfit I wanted to get into for this past weekend's club meet. I did it and........I could actually breath.

Seems like you're on the way. You've been loosing at a fairly steady pace which is the result you should be seeking. Great work!!!

Cardio :

W AM

Adjust your speed to what challenges you but in a safe way. Do not jeopardize safety. If the speeds listed are too fast, lower them to your comfort leve. If they are not fast enough raise them to a level that is more intense but safe. If using the DB’s causes you to feel unsafe, don’t use them until you feel you can safely. Remember, cardio is only as effective as the intensity. Challenge yourself but do it safely!
