The reason why I am trying to show people how to construct proper meals is once you know the basics you can make delicious meals, just because you are trying to loose weight, gain muscle or just get healthy doesn't mean you can only eat chicken, rice and eggs. If you eat the proper foods every 2 1/2-3 hours you will not go hungry and you will burn fat and build muscle. Besides, meals that are made up of a wide variety of ingredients are much more healthy than choice restrictive ones.

Take a whole wheat english muffin, add 1-2 slices Canadian bacon a slice of reduced fat cheese and one of those hard boiled eggs you keep in the fridge squish it down and eat, if you have time you can even toast the muffin lol. This is the piont I'm trying to make, look at the list of foods, (there are more, that list is basic) there is such a wide variety you can make a healthy meal out of anything and keep the ratios right, you just have to understand proper proportions. |

. The trick is to cook them a minute or two less than they say and let them cool naturally, then they finish cooking on their own. I usually do 9 min for large to jumbo with no problems. Also if you're cooking a bunch of them you have to dump the water and start with cold water for each batch or they will pop.
