Hmmm.... OK, my only thing is with that sealant... that's not for use every time I detail the car... and I generally don't have the time to let it cure for 45 minutes. (I'm talking about the Gray Adams stuff, Machine Super something or other). I think maybe I should get that stuff that buffs out moderate swirl marks, then the brilliant glaze and the buttery wax. Can I use the glaze and buttery wax with my orbital?

This is what I do when I use my porter cable polisher. I put the swirl/haze remover on first followed by the polish and I finish with the Super Wax. If I have time I then put a coat of the Brilliant Glaze on by hand. I don't know if you can use the porter cable with it or not. I just apply and remove it by hand since the video shows it being applied in this manner.

You should also invest in a clay bar and clay your car at least twice a year. I will clay mine every 4 months when I do the whole polish/wax deal.

Maybe this: http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-667-a...sh-bundle.aspx

and then the buttery wax?

Do I NEED to put wax on top of that fine machine polish or would that polish be the final step and the wax unnecessary?

You won't need the severe swirl remover unless you have some serious spots on your car. You don't have to put the wax on after the polish, but it is recommended for a deeper shine.

This is what I have and these are the steps I follow with exception of the first step, and as I said before, sometimes I had a coat of Brilliant Glaze when it's all said and done.
