Only real fix would be to actually heat the material and reform it by hand via heat gun and metal forming tools. That's how I'm getting mine done.. it just costs a lot in labor.

But I still gotta take my whole car apart again, down to the frame, and have the car essentially disassembled and realigned. Walk out with a new car and in the end, I think it's worth it. Never had any other car tug at my heart strings like my T/A. And I was always a Camaro guy before I sat behind the wheel.. go fig.

:( Man, that sucks.

I saw a thread that said my issue was fixable, that it was assembled at Oshawa the wrong way in that a tab was in an incorrect hole... but I asked my dealer to fix it per those instructions and they said they weren't able to They took the whole bumper off and couldn't get it to look right. I'm the only one who notices it but it drives me mad. I noticed it the very first day. They're all built like that though, a lot of people don't see it.

Doubtful, but that's what I'm rolling with. It's only money.....

The Ravens/Patriots game scares me the most. If they beat the Pats then I can't see it going over, but if the Pats win I can easily see it being a 30-24 game.

Yeah, same with my whole rear until I actually point out various refrence points and then it's "Woah.."

But that rubberized bumper material is a major beyotch. But it was still within tolerance to install at Oshawa. At least your build tolerances are higher than St. Therese. Mine looks like someone took a sledge to the fender and doinked it at the mating point between fender/bumper cover. However, your car also has higher gap tolerances too, 4th gens were notorious for panel gaps and misshapen parts due to the use of sheet mold compound like corvettes. Sure the car weighs 3400lbs fueled without driver but when you've got things hangin' out that produce a crap ton of drag..

Corvettes just always had the better tolerances because it was a 50K car vs a 25K V8 coupe. GM just got it's crap together with the 5th gen and it rolled from there into awesomesauce.

i have no idea how patriots can lose. all they do is throw quick passes to the TE's/slot WR's. you can't defend that, unless you jam everyone at the line. which it's pretty hard to jam a 6'6 265lb te. lol

i don't understand why every team doesn't just do that. seems pretty simple to me. or maybe the pats make it look that easy.
